Provide representation services with all approval agencies including County Planning and Engineering Departments, Southwest Florida Water Management District(SWFWMD), and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Representation is comprehensive and includes pre-application, design conference(s), and submittals.
Site Development construction cost estimates.
Construction certification, final project inspection, and close-out services.
Prepare Density Compaction Reports to facilitate building permitting.
